The idea was to create a seamless, efficient environment where transactions could be conducted more smoothly and effectively, ultimately benefiting everyone involved.
What specific features were prioritised in the development of this website?
We prioritised several key areas: simplifying navigation, enhancing search capabilities, and creating a streamlined interface for suppliers to manage their listings and transactions. Additionally, we aimed to boost user engagement through an enriched editorial section. Our goal was to minimize friction at every step of the buying and selling process, ensuring it is intuitive and straightforward. How does this new site fit into Fine and Rare broader business strategy?

With a growing trend in wine investment and the rise of online marketplaces, the sector is expanding, offering collectors and enthusiasts access to a diverse range of fine wines from both established and emerging producers.
As the Senior Product Manager and Product Head of Marketplace, my role involves overseeing the development and implementation of digital solutions that enhance our marketplace. This includes everything from website design to optimizing the customer experience. I work closely with a talented team to ensure that our platforms not only meet the current needs of our users but also align with our long-term business goals.
