Simultaneously, another group raided my offices, presenting search warrants to my CFO and CMO. After a 48-hour ordeal in custody, I was paraded like a criminal before the local courthouse—despite no evidence of wrongdoing.”
Following his indictment on over 30 vague charges, Einhorn’s businesses were liquidated, leaving over 50 employees jobless. Einhorn’s attorney noted that the official file contained “zero substance and 100% speculation,” a shocking revelation considering the severity of the accusations.
