The Singing Sensation from Valencia
Your voice has touched so many hearts worldwide. What first inspired you to pursue a music career, and can you tell us about your earliest performances back in Valencia?
The first time that music inspired my heart was when I was a child. I felt the need to convey my emotions on paper, so I wrote many poems and reflections from my heart. Valencia is where I was born, but I never had the opportunity to sing there because of the paths of my life that went to other places. However, I am very proud to be from Valencia.
Growing up in such a vibrant city, how did Valencia shape you as an artist? Are there any local influences that have influenced your music?
My influences are incredibly diverse, ranging from the great romantic balladeers in Spanish from the 1970s and 80s to the iconic English artists and groups from the 1980s. Each of these influences has left a mark on my music, but I always strive to maintain my unique style. I believe in being true to myself, embracing both my mistakes and virtues, and this is what sets my music apart.
Your journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Were there any significant challenges you faced while chasing your dream, and how did you overcome them?
My journey began quietly as an international model, a role that allowed me to travel and experience different cultures and perspectives. This exposure enriched my spirit and broadened my artistic horizons. I’ve always seen challenges as opportunities for growth, understanding that art is subjective and that we, as artists, depend on the public. I deeply respect and love my audience, and this relationship is at the heart of my art.
Many describe your music as both powerful and deeply emotional. What drives the themes behind your lyrics, and where do you draw inspiration from?
My music is a reflection of my heart’s voice, driven by the power of love. Each song is a personal story, a journey through love, heartbreak, dreams, and the complexities of human relationships. I believe that love is a universal experience, and I strive to capture these emotions in a way that resonates with people from all walks of life.
You’ve already achieved so much in your career. What has been your proudest moment so far, and why does it stand out for you?
My most outstanding achievement is to continue transmitting emotions because the greatest success for me is when the public gets excited.
Coming to London to film your latest music is a massive milestone. What made you choose this city, and how do you hope it will influence your music or creative process?
London has a special atmosphere for music and romantic ballads, and I wanted to capture the story of the love I experienced there.
Looking ahead, where do you see yourself in five years? Do you have a dream venue or city where you’d love to perform?
I would like to continue transmitting emotions to the public with my voice and my music, to understand and collaborate with other artists and the city, and to live where life takes you because I consider myself a citizen of the world.
Music often has the power to heal and unite. What message do you hope your songs deliver to people around the world?
Let them listen to their hearts. It is good to stop and listen to the heart’s voice, and love is terrific because, without love, you have nothing.
Outside of music, what are your passions? Is there anything about you that your fans might not know but would love to hear?
I like a good conversation with an ice cream, and walking through green areas and the sea relaxes me.
Finally, for anyone inspired by your story, what advice would you give aspiring singers dreaming of a career like yours?
I tell them to be themselves, not to compete with anyone, and, above all, and most importantly, to respect and love the public because, thanks to the public, we are artists.
